Booking Policies
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable but will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation text. A courtesy email will be sent five days before your appointment, followed by a reminder SMS one day prior to ensure you’re fully prepared for your visit.
Running Late?
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients arrive more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment automatically cancelled, and their deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not send additional courtesy calls or texts if you are running late. Please note that discounts will not be applied if your service is shortened due to late arrival. We strongly encourage you to plan ahead and allow ample travel time. Parking is available out front for your convenience.
Reschedules and Cancellations
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to prioritise the health and safety of our staff and clients. If you show up to your appointment unwell, we may need to turn you away and reschedule to later date.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will be considered a cancellation, resulting in your deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure a future booking.
Each appointment allows for a maximum of two reschedules. If further changes are needed, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a new deposit will be required to book again.
Cancellations made with 48+ hours notice will have their deposit reverted to credit. A new deposit will be required to make a new booking, and will also be credited towards your next treatment.

No-shows are not tolerated. If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our schedule.
